Returns & Refunds
Each painting is created and handled with great care. We want you to feel good about your purchase. If your artwork isn’t a perfect match, here’s how returns and refunds are handled:
Original Artwork
We have a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt to request a return on original artwork.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at info@vanessahendersonstudio.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are non-refundable (unless the item is damaged). We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure the artwork arrives safely.

Damaged Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 working days at info@vanessahendersonstudio.com. Include clear photos of the damage, and its packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once a return is accepted and received, we'll inspect it and confirm the approval of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
