Thank you for purchasing my artwork! I take great care to ensure your piece arrives safely and in perfect condition. Please review the shipping policy below for details on how orders are handled and shipped.
Original Paintings on Canvas: original canvas paintings are carefully packed with protective padding and secured in sturdy packaging to safeguard them during transit. Framing is not included.
Paintings on Paper: rolled or carefully packaged flat with protective padding and secured in sturdy packaging. Framing is not included.
Shipping Timeline:
Please allow 2-5 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but could be longer during holiday seasons. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. We partner with trusted couriers to provide timely and secure delivery, but ultimately, shipping times are determined by the carrier. Incorrect Shipping Information
If you need to correct or update your shipping address, let us know within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change. Once the order has been shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Original artwork orders will not be refunded for delivery issues by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information.
Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any VAT, import fees, and other duties charged that may apply based on your country’s regulations. If, for any reason, your delivery is refused and returned to us, we’ll happily issue a refund for the product as long as the item is returned in its original condition.
